Captain America has had a rough time lately. Mostly it was boredom. All the old enemies were put away or dead. All his new villains were these derivative “terrorism” themed dorks.  That and the Jack Bauer wannabe costumed vigilantes. They were almost as much of a problem as the “villains.”
