Personally, I’m confused on what to think. Indecent Exposure is set to community standards and I’m sure there aren’t too many street nudists in Indio. So, should the cops have ticketed him and let him be naked? or were the cops responsible by community standards to get him to put his clothes back on? But he was being belligerent and even put his hand on a cop (slapping him on the shoulder a few times). I don’t think any sober person would really do that even out of friendliness. So, yes, the cops probably should have arrested him at that point. But then there is the tasering. I’m against *all* tasers. But if they go by the book and the book calls for tasering… then what? It was a little excessive. Especially when he started tasering the guy in the head. I mean seriously??? They could have tasered him just to get the cuffs on and then take him away. But argh!!! they did so much more tasering than that. I’m confused and I’m simply happy that I’m not a cop to ever have to be put into that situation.
