The nanobots  have finally multiplied to maturity.  One can usually tell by how one’s body tries to reject them. Once they have reached critical population, they toil away, repurposing and optimizing proteins and fat, repairing tissue at an accelerated rate, enhancing energy and immunity. A nice gift from the future.
